Closed for MLK Jr. Day
The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed for the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday, January 19.
Spring Semester Open Hours
The Pantry is open Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 5 pm, except on holidays and UCA closures.聽 In the event of inclement weather, we follow the UCA closure plans.聽
Finals & Holiday Hours
The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be open Finals Week from 11 am 鈥� 4 pm.聽 During UCA鈥檚 hybrid operations and Winter Break, the Pantry will be closed 12/15/25 鈥� 1/9/26.聽 Before the Spring Semester begins, the Food Pantry will undergo cleaning and restocking the week of 1/5 鈥� 1/9/26.
We will reopen with Spring Semester hours of Monday thru Thursday 11 am 鈥� 5 pm on January 12, 2026.
Food Pantry Closed for Thanksgiving
The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday from November 26 through November 28.聽 We will reopen at 11 am on Monday, December 1.

Closed for Fall Break
The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed for UCA’s Fall Break October 16th and 17th.聽 The Pantry will reopen at 11 am on Monday, October 20th.

Pantry Closed August 11 – 15
The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed from Monday, August 11 through Friday, August 15, to prepare for the Fall semester.
The Pantry will reopen on Monday, August 18, continuing its Summer Hours of 11 am – 4 pm Monday through Thursday.聽 Fall Semester open hours will begin after the Labor Day Holiday on Tuesday, September 2.
