Harold Edison received a B.S.E. from the University of Arkansas in 1929 and a M.A. from the University of Arkansas in 1939.Β He worked as a High School Principal, Coach, and Superintendent before turning his eyes toward UCA.Β His career at UCA (1943 β 1970) spanned from Assistant Disbursing Officer to Vice President for Business and Financial Affairs.Β Harold D. Edison authored the book Bryozoa of Northwest Arkansas.
