Meredith is a Registered Dietitian and a clinical instructor聽in the Department of Nutrition and Family Sciences at UCA. She also serves as the Dietetics and Nutrition Therapy Graduate Program Coordinator. Meredith received a BS聽Nutrition (Dietetics) from聽Texas Woman鈥檚 University聽and a MS in Nutrition from UCA. Meredith’s research interests include Child Nutrition.聽Prior to becoming a full-time Clinical Instructor at UCA, Meredith worked for the Child Nutrition Unit and enjoyed training Child Nutrition personnel聽for the past 3.5 years. Meredith enjoys the outdoors, baking, and聽spreadsheets.
