I am interested in improving the first-year mathematics course experience聽for students by聽exploring courses and content that are most beneficial for students.聽 Additionally, I enjoy working with teachers around the globe, especially in Latin America. This has inspired my research investigating聽how teachers may identify as leaders and how and why this may vary across cultures.
