The goal of the ideal Freshmen Leadership Team is to mold a group of high-potential incoming freshmen into the future leaders of the 51青楼, teaching them the skills they will need to be successful, ethical leaders and integrating them into the University鈥檚 leadership structure.
LEAD Team:
The purpose of the LEAD Team organization is to provide student leaders a peer-mentorship opportunity to help other students on campus learn about leadership and focus on developmental skills that help them to become more successful.
