She chose to pair a business minor with her major in Health Sciences (Concentration in Healthcare Administration) and a Certificate of Proficiency in Health Coaching. What a wise combination! Rebecca’s success at UCA as a student has helped her make an impact on our campus and our Central Arkansas community. We can’t wait to see her succeed in her career after she graduates in May. Here’s Rebecca’s story.

What drew you to the business industry?
From an early age, I was deeply interested in healthcare and initially envisioned a career in the clinical field. However, through various leadership experiences and exposure to healthcare professionals, I developed a strong appreciation for the administrative and strategic aspects of the healthcare industry. Observing how healthcare leaders drive innovation, enhance patient care, and navigate operational challenges inspired me to explore the intersection of business and healthcare.

Why did you choose your major/minor?
I wanted to pursue a career that not only allows me to make a difference in healthcare but also enables me to shape systems and policies that can improve patient outcomes on a larger scale. My minor in Marketing and Certificate of Proficiency in Health Coaching further complement my major through providing me with the skills to approach healthcare challenges from a comprehensive, business-minded perspective.

Ultimately, I chose this major because it allows me to contribute to healthcare in a meaningful way, combining my passion for improving patient care with my interest in organizational management and business strategy.

What did you learn from your research?
Through my research with Dr. Alex Chen on “Factors Influencing Artificial Intelligence Use Behavior Among Americans,” I have gained a deeper understanding of the factors that drive AI adoption and usage behavior. By utilizing the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model, Dr. Chen and I examined how motivational factors, such as performance expectancy and social influence, alongside demographic variables that include age, gender, and education, influence American individuals’ decisions to adopt AI technologies. This research has provided valuable insights into the complexity of human behavior in the context of emerging technologies.

Dr. Chen and I presented our findings at the Southwest Decision Sciences Institute (SWDSI) 54th Annual Conference earlier this month, and this experience was an invaluable learning experience for me. Our paper was accepted for publication in the conference proceedings, and we are now preparing it for submission to a peer-reviewed academic journal. Additionally, Dr. Chen and I are currently working on another research project that explores the ethical implications of technology adoption in China.

As a Research Assistant since fall 2024 and as a current Teaching Assistant for Dr. Chen’s research class this semester (Spring 2025), I have refined my skills in data analysis, statistical methodology, and effectively communicating complex research findings. This experience has deepened my understanding of the various factors influencing technology adoption and has been instrumental in further developing my academic and professional profile and future career aspirations.

What experience are you gaining at your internship?
I learned about internships through my college at UCA and by proactively meeting with my college’s internship coordinator on campus to explore potential opportunities. After identifying several internship sites of interest, I reached out to each one, submitted my resume, and participated in interviews. I received multiple offers and ultimately accepted an internship at Baptist Health Medical Center – Conway, which was my top choice for an internship site. In this role, I work closely with the administrative and leadership team of Baptist Health Medical Center – Conway, including the President, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Vice President of Operations, and all department managers and leaders. This experience has given me firsthand insight into hospital administration, strategic decision-making, and leadership in a healthcare setting.

I learned how hospital leaders navigate complex operational challenges, manage resources efficiently, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care. Observing high-level decision-making processes deepened my understanding of hospital administration, financial management, and healthcare policy compliance.

Additionally, I developed strong problem-solving and leadership skills by assisting with administrative projects, attending executive meetings, and analyzing operational workflows throughout the medical center. This experience reinforced my passion for healthcare administration and provided a real-world perspective on the critical role that leadership plays in driving innovation, improving patient outcomes, and establishing a positive and goal-oriented culture in the workplace.

By gaining firsthand experience in financial management, resource allocation, and patient care initiatives, I feel more prepared to take on leadership roles in the future. This internship has confirmed my passion for improving healthcare systems and has given me the confidence to pursue opportunities where I can make a meaningful impact.

How do you plan to use your degree?
I plan to leverage my Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (with a concentration in Healthcare Administration) and minor in Marketing to pursue a career in healthcare leadership and hospital administration. My aim is to work in hospital operations, strategic planning, or healthcare management and to contribute to enhancing patient care, optimizing organizational efficiency, and improving overall healthcare delivery.

Through my academic coursework, research, internship experiences, and leadership roles, I have developed a strong foundation in healthcare systems, business strategy, and patient-centered care. I intend to apply these skills in hospital administration, healthcare consulting, and/or policy development to help healthcare organizations navigate challenges, implement innovative solutions, and achieve better health outcomes for patients.

Looking ahead, I am committed to continuing my education at a higher level, potentially pursuing a master’s degree in healthcare administration or business administration, and I ultimately plan on advancing toward doctoral studies. Additionally, I plan to stay engaged in academic research to further contribute to the field and remain involved in scholarly work throughout my career.

Has a volunteer position helped you gain skills?
Yes, volunteer positions on campus have assisted me greatly in obtaining skills! My involvement with Relay For Life and Colleges Against Cancer at UCA has been incredibly formative, both in terms of skill development and personal growth. I first joined the organization as a general committee member during my freshman year, and I quickly learned the importance of teamwork, communication, and event planning. After a year of volunteering, I applied for and was named the Vice President of Communication and Outreach role on the Executive Board, which expanded my responsibilities and allowed me to manage outreach initiatives, develop advertising strategies, and enhance community engagement. I served in this role for two years, which further aided me in refining my leadership and teamwork skills.

For nearly a year now, I’ve had the honor of serving as the President of Colleges Against Cancer and the Director of the Relay For Life event in Conway. This organization and its mission are incredibly meaningful to me, as we raise critical funds for the American Cancer Society. These funds directly support cancer research, advocacy efforts, and patient services. In my current role, I oversee the entire planning and execution of the Relay For Life event, from securing sponsorships to coordinating logistics and leading a dedicated team of 50+ student volunteers. The responsibility of managing a fundraising goal of $25,000+ each year has significantly strengthened my project management, leadership, and fundraising abilities — skills that I know will be invaluable in my future career in healthcare administration.

Being part of this organization has deepened my understanding of the power of advocacy and the impact of community engagement. Rallying people together to support a cause that directly impacts so many lives has been both humbling and motivating. The ability to manage multiple responsibilities, build relationships with sponsors and community members, oversee an Executive Board and large group of volunteers, and lead a large-scale event has helped me develop resilience, intention, and focus, especially when challenges must be overcome, which are essential qualities I’ll carry with me throughout my career.

What is a project you’re really excited about?
One of the most exciting and impactful moments I’m looking forward to is our upcoming Relay For Life event in Conway that is hosted on UCA’s campus at Estes Stadium (moved to UCA HPER due to weather), which I’m leading as the Relay For Life Event Director and the President of Colleges Against Cancer. This event, taking place this weekend on April 5th, holds deep personal significance for me because it directly supports the American Cancer Society’s mission to fund cancer research, advocacy, and patient services.

As we approach the event, I am proud to share that we’ve raised over half of this year’s fundraising goal of $25,000 so far! What excites me most about this is seeing our community come together in support of a cause that has touched so many lives.

I am incredibly proud of the work we’ve done to bring this event to life. It has been an opportunity for me to hone my leadership, teamwork, and event planning skills while also making a tangible impact on the fight against cancer. I’m excited to see all of our hard work come together this weekend, knowing that it will not only honor those affected by cancer but also support critical cancer research and advocacy efforts!

What has helped you most as a student here at UCA?
During my time at UCA, the faculty has been one of the most valuable and impactful aspects of my college experience. Among the many exceptional professors and staff I’ve had the privilege of working with, Dr. Alexander Chen, Ms. Charlotte Strickland, and Dr. Robert Mauldin have had the most significant influence on my academic and personal journey.

Dr. Alex Chen, as my research advisor and professor in the College of Business, has played a pivotal role in both guiding me through research and academic projects, such as our paper on Factors Influencing Artificial Intelligence Use Behavior Among Americans, and helping me shape my career aspirations. He has been an incredible mentor in all things research and business, providing me with valuable insights that have fostered my growth both intellectually and professionally. His mentorship has been essential in refining my research skills and learning how to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. Dr. Chen’s guidance has been crucial in preparing for academic conferences, journal publications, and navigating career paths in business, healthcare, and beyond. He has had a major impact on my career aspirations and goals as I plan to continue advancing my education and conducting research as part of my long-term academic and professional goals.

Ms. Charlotte Strickland, the Director of Employee Engagement & Enrichment and faculty advisor for UCA’s Relay For Life organization, has been an incredible influence on my leadership and mentor during my time at UCA. As the advisor for the organization I have led as director/president for the past year and have been involved in for all four years I have been a student at UCA, she and I have worked closely together throughout the event planning process. Ms. Char has been an unwavering source of support, offering guidance and encouragement as I managed UCA’s Relay For Life Committee. Her leadership style is one that I deeply admire, and I aspire to lead with the same passion, dedication, and vision that she demonstrates both professionally and personally. Her mentorship and guidance has inspired me to lead with integrity, ambition, and confidence and to also continue expanding my commitment to volunteerism and love for serving the local community. I am truly fortunate to have had Ms. Char’s guidance and mentorship throughout my time at UCA, and I am so thankful for the impact she has had on my life.

Dr. Mauldin

Dr. Robert Mauldin, one of my professors in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, also played a significant role in my academic journey. As a Teaching Assistant for his Chemistry II course, I was able to engage with students and assist them in understanding scientific concepts in the chemistry laboratory. Dr. Mauldin’s mentorship helped ignite my passion for science, particularly chemistry. His guidance not only deepened my understanding of the subject but also sparked a greater appreciation for its real-world applications, reinforcing my desire to combine scientific knowledge with practical problem-solving in my future career. Dr. Mauldin’s teaching approach, both in the lab and classroom, emphasized the importance of effective teaching, patience, and fostering a passion for learning in others. His belief in my abilities has not only helped me grow as a student but also reinforced my commitment to pursuing a career that bridges my love for science and business alike.

What advice do you have for students who may (or may not) be considering an internship?
My advice for students considering an internship, whether they’re certain or still undecided, is to take the leap! Internships offer invaluable hands-on experience that allows you to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting. Even if you’re uncertain about a particular career or field, internships can help you discover your interests and strengths. Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. It’s normal to feel nervous or unsure, but internships are designed to help you learn and grow professionally.

I also recommend exploring different internship sites. Reach out to various sites you’re interested in, whether through professors, internship coordinators, or networking events. Establishing relationships early on can open doors to a variety of opportunities.

Finally, be proactive while interning — ask questions, take initiative to be as involved as possible, and contribute wherever and whenever you can! Whether the internship perfectly matches your career goals or not, you’ll gain valuable experience, connections, and a better understanding of what you want in your future career.

What tips or advice would you give to new, current, or prospective business students?
For new, current, or prospective business students, my biggest piece of advice is to embrace a mindset of continuous learning. The business world is constantly evolving, so stay curious and proactive in seeking opportunities beyond the classroom. Get involved in internships, research, and extracurricular activities to gain real-world experience that complements what you learn in your courses. These experiences will help bridge the gap between theory and practice and make you a stronger, more well-rounded professional.

I also feel that it is equally important to build relationships with your professors. Go to office hours, ask questions, and seek their guidance. Establishing these connections can open doors to mentorship, research opportunities, and professional development. Professors can offer insights beyond the textbook and may even connect you with industry professionals, internships, and other career opportunities.

Polishing your communication, leadership, and teamwork skills is also crucial. Whether you’re working on a team project for a class, presenting ideas, or networking with professionals or fellow students, the ability to articulate your thoughts effectively will set you apart. Also, don’t hesitate to take on leadership roles or challenging projects outside the classroom — I know from personal experience that stepping into unfamiliar territory can be intimidating, but those moments of discomfort are where the most growth happens.

Most importantly, don’t let fear hold you back. Step outside your comfort zone, even when something feels daunting. Dive in headfirst — you’ll eventually learn to tread the water! Growth comes from taking risks, making mistakes, and learning along the way. By staying adaptable, engaged, and willing to push yourself, you’ll set yourself up for long-term success in the business world.

Why did you choose this field of study?
I first studied accounting but later chose economics because I wanted to be able to utilize my knowledge of business on a global scale through the pre-law track.

Tell us about your internship experience.
I’m currently completing an internship. I learned about the Windstream Financial leadership program thanks to our amazing faculty over at Career Services. I chose this internship because I wanted to be able to use my knowledge of accounting in an environment that would help me grow as a professional and also as a leader in business. Here, I am learning that the accounting I have learned so far in the classroom is just the surface of what amazing things we can do with our knowledge base.

How do you think this internship will be/has been beneficial in your career?
I think it is going to be one of the most beneficial things I have done, so far. I think that through this internship I will meet a ton of people who will help me get my name in rooms that I otherwise would never be allowed to enter.

What advice do you have for students who may (or may not) be considering an internship?
Don’t feel pressured to go into the world of work; just be sure that you are using your time to connect with those who know how to help you achieve your goals. Mentors are very important, and if you do not want an internship at the moment, be sure to find a good mentor.

I have learned a lot about the art of personal connection through my volunteer work as a College of Business Ambassador. I use the skills of communication not only in my work but also when communicating with coworkers and creating strong relationships.

How do you plan to use your degree?
I plan to use my degree as a gateway to apply to law school and then use my knowledge of business to be an excellent Corporate Attorney who specializes in mergers and acquisitions.

What tips or advice would you give to new, current, or prospective business students?
Don’t be afraid to say yes to opportunities; when you get too comfortable you are only stopping yourself. Do what you can and say yes to every opportunity as long as you aren’t compromising integrity. I recommend the College of Business (COB) to anyone willing to listen. Thanks to the people at the COB, I have learned about how a knowledge of business can set one up for a lifetime filled with success.

Why did you choose your field of study?
I was originally a marketing major. During my sophomore fall semester, I had to take Accounting 1, and I was absolutely dreading it. Once I got into it, I found that not only is it not that bad, I really enjoyed it. Before the end of the semester, I officially changed my major. In accounting, even if the answer is hard to find at first, I feel satisfied when I can figure it out and get the right answer. It isn’t frustrating for me like homework can sometimes be.

Tell us about your internship experience.
I have had one internship in the spring, and I’m starting another this summer. Handshake – I received a message from someone at the firm wanting to tell me about their internships, and then I got to meet some of the team at . For the first internship I have completed – I felt really comfortable with this firm. I could tell that they really care about their employees, and they were patient and understanding with me as I was learning. It was a paid internship for a minimum of 25 hours a week but not to exceed 40. They also let me set my own hours and were very understanding of other school commitments.

How do you think this internship will be/has been beneficial in your career?
I learned so much more about taxes. Since I’ve never had an office job before, it has been really nice to get to see the dynamic and community of it. I’ve gotten so much experience actually working on the tax forms that I feel like I definitely have a better understanding of everything I’ve been learning in my tax classes. I definitely have a better understanding of why we do things a certain way.

What advice do you have for students who may (or may not) be considering an internship?
It is definitely a very beneficial experience if you are ready for it. I think it is important to be honest with yourself and see if you think now is the right time for you to do one because you don’t want to take away from school. An internship is really the best way to see if a certain career is right for you. My internship solidified my belief that tax is the right place for me.

Something that really helped set me apart from other candidates when applying for internships was the fact that I worked on campus for two semesters as a supplemental instruction leader. I worked for Student Success here on campus to plan activities and games to help students in Accounting 1 understand the material better. Employers really liked this because, in public accounting, it is so important to be able to explain accounting concepts and regulations to people who don’t know much about accounting. Leading supplemental instruction gave me so much experience with communication and working with others. It definitely helped me prepare for my internship.

How do you plan to use your degree?
After I graduate, I’m going to stay at UCA to get my MAcc and prepare for the CPA exams. I’m planning to stay in the central Arkansas area and work in tax at a public accounting firm.

What tips or advice would you give to new, current, or prospective business students?
Get involved! The College of Business always has fun stuff going on. Club meetings are a great way to meet fellow students and to connect with professors. Talking with faculty members is so beneficial, even if they aren’t in your department.

I 100% would recommend the UCA College of Business to anyone looking into going to school for business. Something I really like about it is that UCA as a whole is big enough that you’re always meeting new people, but the College of Business is small enough that you are able to build relationships with people in it. I think our college is the perfect size because we are big enough to bring in so many amazing opportunities for students yet still small enough that I feel like I am valued as a student. UCA was the only college I applied to. That is a decision that I will never regret because UCA has made me feel valued as as student and cared about as a person since the day I moved onto campus.

Bears Advancing Supply Chain and Operations Management (BASCOM)

Why did you choose your major?
I chose LSCM because I love problem-solving and efficiency. These are both important in LSCM, and the supply chain as a whole is an exciting concept to me. I enjoy the process of moving goods in all phases, and I’d like to help manage a supply chain as a career.

What do you want to do after graduation?
I plan to use my degree to go on and become a supply chain manager, likely in the areas of demand planning or production planning. I am also interested in transportation logistics and transportation safety, so I could see myself fulfilling a role in one of those areas.

Have you done an internship?
Yes – I chose a supply chain internship at Tyson Foods because it aligned well with what I want to do in my career and it helped me learn which areas of supply chain I enjoy working in more than others. I learned about demand planning/forecasting, production planning, production scheduling, and product fulfillment for Tyson’s poultry business unit. I also learned many of the systems that they use, such as SAP, IBP, and Palantir.

How do you think it will be helpful to your career?
This internship taught me so much about the industry and real-world day-to-day supply chain operations. It also provided many new connections to professionals in the field and allowed me to grow in my own knowledge and add value in the work I was doing.

What would you say to other students considering an internship?
DO IT! Even if it results in a negative experience, you have learned what you don’t want to do in your career, which is still very valuable. There is a good chance that you could have the opportunity to use the connections you make to move to a different, more enjoyable role in the same company.

Has a volunteer position helped you to gain skills?
I’ve served in many volunteer positions on campus, and they have helped me build crucial skills that carry over into my coursework and professional life. I have become more confident in myself and while speaking in front of a group, I have improved my communication and teamwork skills, and I have developed better organization and time management skills, among many others.

What tips or advice would you give to new, current, or prospective business students?
The environment of the College of Business is unlike anything I have experienced. The professors see you are more than a name on a roster, and my relationships with my professors have opened opportunities for me going forward. Your experience in college is exactly what you make of it! Invest your time in your coursework as well as your relationships with friends, classmates, and professors. Branch out and join organizations that do great work on campus and meet new friends along the way. There is so much potential for personal growth that won’t be realized until you put yourself out there!

Why did you choose this field of study?

I loved numbers and planning for the future. I didn’t know what job that would be or how that would look. I just knew it was the most enjoyable to me.

Tell us about your internship experience.

I knew I needed a potential job opportunity after graduation, and choosing an internship the summer after my junior year answered so many questions about what I would be doing.

One month into my second internship I realized I want to be a financial advisor, and because of that, I’m going into my senior year with a job already secured after graduation, and that makes all the difference when starting classes. During my internship, I noticed that I was ahead because I knew some of the things [my coworkers] were talking about just from my classes [at the College of Business].

If I hadn’t tried this internship, I wouldn’t have been offered a job after graduation! Knowledge-wise though, I learned that some things matter more than the dollar you’re making, if you’re helping others.

Any lessons learned you’d like to share?

I did two internships, and the first one was valuable because it helped me see that job path was NOT right for me. The time students take now to do internships will help so much more as you get closer to graduation. There are so many options, and you’ll never know which is right for you ’till you try!

I also realized that insurance knowledge is required in financial advising, which is why I am investing in those classes. This past summer I passed my Life and Health Insurance Exam and will be studying for the SIE [Securities Industry Essentials] this school year.

What advice do you have for your fellow students?

1. Do an internship.
2. Take any study group opportunities you can as well as bonus points!! They make it easier at the end when your final grade is due.

AMAYA WHITMORE

In fall 2022, Senior accounting major Amaya Whitmore accepted an internship to explore what a career in accounting might be like. Little did she know, her fall internship would extend into spring 2023 and then turn into a full-time job offer after she graduates in May. Why did you choose this internship?
I saw this position for a paid internship at Dillard’s on Handshake. I wasn’t really looking for an internship when I came across this position, but I was in a rut of trying to decide which route I wanted to take after graduation. So I decided that it would be a great opportunity for me to get some experience and decide if I like working in tax. I had done a lot of research on accounting careers, and public vs. private, and realized that most people go the public accounting route after graduation, so I wanted to see what private accounting was like and to get that experience.

What did you learn at this internship?
My internship at Dillard’s has taught me so much. My favorite part has been being able to put the skills that I have learned into the classroom into practice and see real life examples. Working in the tax field, there is always so much to learn with the laws constantly changing. Also, I have been able to learn so many tips and tricks in Excel. We take courses that focus on Excel in the College of Business, but getting to use the program every day has allowed me to learn many shortcuts and ways to make using Excel more efficient.

How do you think this internship will be beneficial in your career?
I have already learned so much, and I am still learning on a daily basis. The things that I have learned from this internship have already helped me in the classroom setting, so I know it will help me in trying to get my CPA license and anything after that.

How do you plan to use your degree?
I will be graduating from UCA with my B.B.A. in Accounting in May. I plan to return to UCA in the fall to start the Master of Accountancy program. Also, I plan to start studying to take the CPA exam. There are so many things that someone can do with a degree in Accounting, so I know that my possibilities are endless!

What advice do you have for students who may (or may not) be considering an internship?
The biggest advice that I have is to take advantage of any internship opportunity that you can get! Internships are very beneficial and allow you to get some insight into what you could possibly be doing in the future. It is a great time to figure out what you like and don’t like, and help you decide what you want to do in the future. Plus, you never know the opportunities you can get from your internship… you could end up with a full-time job secured for after graduation!

After her summer Database Tester internship at  was extended into fall, Aubrie was surprised in mid-September with a full-time offer to join the company. She has accepted a position to be a Delivery Support Analyst after graduation.

Why did you choose to major in business?

I chose to major in business on a whim, but I think what’s more important is why I stayed. I stayed majoring in business because of the amazing individuals I met when I changed my major; I stayed because my advisor in the COB encourages me and pushes me to be my very best, and right alongside him, my professors do the same. Majoring in business can be tough, but I wouldn’t want to struggle and succeed in any other major. The College of Business has given me endless opportunities to learn and grow in an environment that allows me to be surrounded by fellow peers and professors who have the same drive and passion as I have. Being a business major has made my time at UCA worthwhile.

Why did you choose this internship?

I chose this internship as a Database Tester at because I saw it as an opportunity for growth with a company that I could see myself working for one day. The internship aligned with skills I had prior knowledge of, but it also grabbed my attention because it required me to expand my knowledge and pick up new skills along the way.

What did you learn at this internship?

At this internship, I learned a variety of skills. I learned very quickly that problem-solving and communication were going to be key in this career. Being a Database Tester required me to think outside of the box daily and pushed me to practice concise communication with both my co-workers and the client. I worked with SQL Database every day, and I enjoyed that I was exposed to hands-on experience with software that I have been taught at UCA.

How do you think this internship will be beneficial in your career?

Internships can be beneficial to students’ careers in many ways. It can show you what you do or don’t want out of a future job and help you grow in your skills. This internship allowed me to exercise the skills I already have and obtain new ones, and it allowed me to network with people who have experience in my future career field. I know this internship helped me me to grow as a student and a future businesswoman in technology. Ultimately, it helped me earn a full-time position with the company.

How do you plan to use your degree?

I have always planned to use my degree in Computer Information Systems and Analytics to work for a technology company that is focused on innovation and creativity. My eventual goal is to go into Business/Data Analytics, and I plan to pursue my master’s degree in Applied Data Analytics.

What advice do you have for students who may (or may not) be considering an internship?

My advice for anyone who is considering applying for or accepting an internship is – just go for it! I never thought I would land such an amazing internship, but I applied anyway and got an interview. The worst-case scenario might be that you get real-life experience filling out applications and interviewing for a company. Don’t let big companies and competitive interviews scare you off; believe in yourself, what you are capable of, and bring that to your interview because that’s what companies want to see.

In Summer 2021, Daisy completed an internship at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield where she was charged with the task of creating and executing a marketing plan for a national health program with low enrollment in Arkansas. Daisy’s “Healthy Blue Summer” campaign was a huge success, resulting in over 3,600 registrations (an 8.85% increase in program participation). As a result of her hard work and collaboration on this project, Daisy was also awarded the 2021 Arkansas Blue Cross Academic Scholarship. Daisy will graduate from UCA in May 2022 and plans to pursue a master’s degree in Data Analytics in the near future.

Daisy has also been selected as the honorable mention for the National Intern of the Year distinction. She will receive a certificate and formal recognition on the CEIA website and in the program at the CEIA national conference in April 2022.

Daisy was nominated for UCA Intern of the Year by Management professor and Associate Dean of College of Business, Dr. Laci Lyons.
